REFUND POLICY

At Perfect Cutt, we take pride in creating handcrafted, made-to-order products with love and attention to detail. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

CUSTOMIZED/PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
All our products are made-to-order and customized according to your specifications (names, colors, designs). Due to the personalized nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on customized items unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and package opening video with out edits of the damaged item. We will:
- Replace the product at no additional cost, OR
- Issue a full refund

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once production has begun (after 24 hours), orders cannot be cancelled as materials have been allocated and work has commenced.

WRONG ORDERS
If you receive the wrong product due to our error, we will replace it at no cost to you or issue a full refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Contact us at sales@perfectcutt.com with:
- Order number
- Package opening video without edits and Photos of the product (if damaged/defective)
- Description of the issue

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
